Lounge Bridge LLC (“Lounge Bridge” or “we” or “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This
Privacy Policy
(“Policy”) describes the types of Personal Information we collect when you interact with us, including but not
limited to information provided when you access our websites (including www.loungebridge.com),
and however else
you may interact with us including but not limited to email, text, and other electronic messages between you and
Lounge Bridge, through mobile and desktop applications you download from Lounge Bridge website, when you
interact with Lounge Bridge advertising and applications on third party websites and services, and any other
sources (collectively, the “Service(s)” or “Lounge Bridge Service(s)”). This Policy applies to all Lounge Bridge
Services, regardless of the platform or device used; it describes all Personal Information collected, used,
transmitted, disclosed, stored, or maintained by us, including both electronic and paper records.
Please read this Policy carefully to fully understand how we collect, use, share, and protect your Personal
Information. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services. By using Lounge
Bridge Services you accept and agree to be bound and abide by the Terms of Use.

respond to and complete Service User’s requests, communicate with you for registration, customer
service, and informational purposes (including sending you confirmation texts and emails, notices,
updates, invoices, and security alerts), and communicate with you for marketing purposes (including
sending you news, promotions, special offers, information, offering you other products and services that
we believe may interest you). We may also create internal and confidential identification and reference
codes to identify you in our electronic systems.

We collect the information and content you submit when you chat with other Service Users, the calls

make with Service Users, post information on our websites, or otherwise voluntarily communicate with
Lounge Bridge. We also collect information you submit through contact, sign-up, and profile forms, email
communications, and other submissions (including reviews and surveys), and when you communicate with our
customer support team. We use this information to respond to and fulfill your requests, establish and
manage our customer relations, and to provide and improve our websites, products, and
services.

Lounge Bridge Referral Information.
If you use our referral program to recommend a potential Lounge Bridge Service User(s), you may be
required
to provide your contact information and contact information of potential Service User. We will then send
a one-time email to the potential Service User inviting him or her to visit our websites and/or
applications. Lounge Bridge stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email
and tracking the success of the above referral program.

We receive financial information such as payment card and/or bank information and/or other related
information to process payments for the services you purchase and/or to issue payments to
you.

We collect and generate commercial information and transaction information such as records of services

your browser or device. Lounge Bridge may also use these technologies to collect information about your
online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services. Some content or
applications, including advertisements on the Lounge Bridge website may be served by third parties,
including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These
third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our website.
The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect
information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different

Lounge Bridge may use software development kits (“SDKs”) that utilize mobile advertising

Small graphic images or other web programming code called web beacons may be included in our
websites, texts, and emails. Web beacons may be invisible to you, but any electronic image or other
web programming code inserted into a web page or e-mail can act as a web beacon. Web Beacons or
similar technologies may be used for several purposes, including but not limited to keeping count of
Lounge Bridge website visitors, monitoring how users navigate Lounge Bridge Services, improving the
effectiveness of cookies, and analyzing how Lounge Bridge emails, articles, and links are opened,
viewed, and/or used. Most browsers will tell you how to stop accepting new cookies, how to receive
notification of new cookies, and how to disable existing cookies. Rejecting cookies, however, does
not guarantee that you will no longer see ads when visiting Lounge Bridge websites. Also note that

How We Disclose Personal Information

Information provided by you in the content of calls, chats, profile posts, and other communications on
our websites, in Expert profiles describing your experiences and qualifications, and in captures
attached to postings on our websites ("Posts") may not be private or confidential. Posts may be
collected, copied, or used by others without your or our knowledge, and the security and other
protective provisions of this Policy will not apply. Note that publicly posting your account or contact
information may result in the transmission of unsolicited messages from persons and entities over which
we have no control.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy,
receivership, restructuring, sale of company assets or any other sale or transfer of some or all of
company assets, your Personal Information, and any other information that we have collected, may be

necessary to complete the transaction in accordance with law or contract.

of fraud protection. Lounge Bridge may disclose personal information to enforce or apply our Terms of
Service and any other agreements referenced and/or incorporated therein, including for billing and
collection purposes.

Lounge Bridge may collect and disclose Personal Information that is relevant to third parties,

service providers that are part of business operation. That information may include: identifiers (name,
address,
phone number, email address, passport, or other government identification, account information, and/or
other
similar identifiers); Service User records (driver’s license, passport number, partial credit card
number(s),
bank account information, and/or other financial information); protected classification characteristics
(age,
date of birth, and gender); commercial Information (products purchased by Service User and/or Service
User’s use
of Lounge Bridge services); Biometric Data (face- recognition data used by Lounge Bridge third-party
providers
for age and identity verification purposes); internet and network information (device information,
analytics
data, etc.); pictures and videos uploaded to the Lounge Bridge websites; other personal data such as
communication preferences, customer service and communication history; and any information generated
from your
use of the Lounge Bridge Services. Lounge Bridge may disclose the above mentioned types of personal
information
for business purposes necessary to provide the Services, and to third parties upon your consent and/or
where we
are required by law or regulation. Lounge Bridge may disclose personal information to third parties to
market
their products or services if you have not opted out of these specific disclosures. Third parties are
required
to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purpose(s) for which Lounge Bridge
disclosed
said information to them.
- Lounge Bridge may disclose aggregate information about its Service Users that does not identify any
individual
without restriction. Lounge Bridge may disclose Personal Identifiers/Information that it collects or
that
Service Users provide as described in this Privacy Policy.
Opt-Out Choices
We offer you choices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your Personal Information on
the Lounge
Bridge Services. Please note that Service Users may not opt-out of certain automated email or text notifications
necessary to provide Lounge Bridge services that are otherwise required in accordance with applicable law and
regulations (such as technical and security notices, account verification, etc.). You may submit an email with a
request upon which Lounge Bridge will inform you whether we hold your Personal Information. You may also manage
your preferences as following:

When you receive promotional communications from us, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving
further promotional communications from us, and have the opportunity to “opt-out” by following the
instructions to unsubscribe provided in the promotional email you receive or by contacting us directly
at contact@loungebridge.com.
Regardless of your indicated
email preferences, we may send you administrative emails regarding the Lounge Bridge Services,
including, for example, notices of updates to our Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy; booking,
support, posts, payment related communications, and other information related to your account or Service
usage.

● Update or Delete Your Account
Information.
If you would like to verify, correct, update, or delete any of the Personal Information provided to us
in connection with your account on the Lounge Bridge Services, you may do so through the Settings page
when you log in to your account or by emailing us at contact@loungebridge.com. Please note that we may be
required (by applicable law or otherwise) to keep certain information and not delete it, in which case
we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements. It may not
always be possible to completely remove or delete all of your information from our databases without
some residual data remaining in our archives because of backups and other reasons.

● Opt-out of Personalized
Advertising.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, but if you do not wish for our third-party
partners to provide you with personalized advertising based on your browsing activity and interest, you
may opt-out of receiving such advertisements on our websites by contacting us at contact@loungebridge.com.

mobile device.

Additionally, many network advertising programs allow you to view and manage the interest categories

Please note that even if you choose to remove your information or “opt out,” you may continue to see
advertisements while you are browsing online; however, those advertisements will no longer be tailored

California Privacy Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California residents have the right

verify the request and your jurisdiction before responding to it. The verification procedure we follow may
differ depending on the request you make. We will match the information that you provide in your request to
information we already have on file to verify your identity. If we cannot verify your request, we may ask you to
provide additional information to help us verify your request and to process it.
California residents will be required to submit their first and last name and email address and may also be
asked to provide their telephone number or address so that we can verify the request. Please provide as much of
the requested information as possible to help us verify the request. We will only use the information received
in a request for the purposes of responding to the request. California law permits California residents to use
an authorized agent to make privacy rights requests. We require the authorized agent to provide proof of the
California resident’s written permission (for example, a power of attorney) that shows the authorized agent has
the authority to submit a request for the California resident. An authorized agent must follow the process
described below to make a request. We will additionally require the authorized agent to verify his/her own
identity.

Nevada Privacy Rights
We do not sell consumers’ covered information for monetary consideration (as defined in Chapter
603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes). However, if you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to submit a
request directing us not to sell your Personal Information. To submit such a request, please contact us by
sending an email to contact@loungebridge.com .
Information for Service Users Outside of the United States
Lounge Bridge is a United States company and the Lounge Bridge Services are provided from the
United States. If you are a Service User residing outside the United States, please be aware that information we
collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States and may be processed and stored in other
countries outside the United States which may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your
country. By using the Lounge Bridge Services, or providing us with any information, you consent to the
collection, processing, maintenance and transfer of such information in and to the United States and other
applicable countries in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as, or equivalent to, those in the
country where you reside and/or are a citizen of.
How We Protect and Retain Your Information
We maintain procedural, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect against loss, misuse
or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of the Personal Information you provide while
using Lounge Bridge Services. Unfortunately, no transmission of data is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Although we the protection measures, it still may be possible for third parties outside of our control to
intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. Therefore, any transmission of Personal
Information to us is made at your own risk.
We retain any personal information you provided as long as it is reasonably necessary in order to
fulfill the purposes for which it was collected as described in
this Privacy Policy. In some cases we may also retain and use this information as necessary to comply with
applicable laws and regulations, for legal proceedings and our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, identify
any illegal activity that may effect safety of Service Users and third parties, and enforce our agreements.

The Lounge Bridge Services may from time to time contain links to third party websites/services
for your convenience and/or information (for example, sites linking via banner ads). If you access other sites
using the links provided, you may leave the Lounge Bridge Services. When you access these other sites, please
understand that the operators of these websites may collect information from you which will be used by them in
accordance with their privacy policies and terms of use, which may differ from ours. We do not endorse or
control the policies or practices of third party websites that we do not control or operate.
You should always carefully read the privacy policy of any site you access in order to understand their specific
privacy and information usage practices.
Other Personal Information
Except where otherwise indicated, we do not knowingly collect or store any Personal Information
from persons under 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use nor provide any information
on the Lounge Bridge websites or applications or through any of its features. If you are a parent or guardian
who becomes aware that Lounge Bridge may have collected or received personal information from your child under
18 years old without your consent, please email us at contact@loungebridge.com . and put “Child under 18 years
old” in a subject line. As required by law, we will delete such information from our files within a reasonable
time.
We may also delete Personal Information from our websites, as well as Posts and other information, from Service
Users we believe are under the age of 18. Lounge Bridge is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. No
individual under 18 years old may provide any personal information to or on the Lounge Bridge websites or
applications.
Service User’s Responsibility
It is Service User’s responsibility to Inform Lounge Bridge of Changes. It is imperative that the
personal information Lounge Bridge has on file is accurate and current. If any of your personal data changes at
any point during your use of the Lounge Bridge Services, please keep Lounge Bridge informed of such changes by
updating your personal information through your account settings on the Lounge Bridge websites.
Updates to this Privacy Policy
Lounge Bridge may revise this Privacy Policy at any time (for example, to reflect any legal
changes or changes in technology, or due to changes in our practices regarding information collection and use).
Material revisions to this policy will be announced through the Lounge Bridge website. By signing up and using
Lounge Bridge Services you agree that this form of notice is acceptable. You agree that we may notify you about
material changes in the way we treat Personal Information by placing a notice on the Lounge Bridge Services.
